How Long is the Exchange Period for Products?
Provided that the products you have purchased from www.elissastudio.co are not used, the exchange period is “14 DAYS” from the date of invoice.

How can I make an exchange?
You can inform us about the product(s) you want to exchange on our WhatsApp line +905397235476.
Shipping fee belongs to our company for exchanges.
After the cargo you sent reaches us, you can contact the WhatsApp line +905397235476 to create your exchange order before the stocks of the products you want are sold out.
Our relevant team will carry out your exchange process in line with the product you sent and the order you placed.

The shipping fee for the products you want to return or exchange is covered by our company. You can return your products free of charge with UPS Cargo. In order to benefit from free shipping, you must deliver your package to our return address with our contracted cargo company. For returns sent by other cargo companies, the shipping fee belongs to the sender. If the buyer pays, it will not be accepted.

CANCELLATION & REFUND

My order was defective/defective/incorrectly shipped What should I do?
All products we offer for sale are checked for damage when they are packaged for delivery to the cargo. If the product, which is rarely experienced, has reached you in a defective / defective / incorrect way, in such a case, the process works as follows;

When your order is delivered to your address by the cargo officer, always check the outer package for damage before receiving the product and have a “Due Diligence Report” prepared as soon as you see any damage.

In the event of damage that you notice after the delivery of the order, you must immediately contact the relevant cargo branch and ask them to prepare a “Condition Assessment Report”. If the cargo office is not helping you with this, please let us know as soon as possible.

RETURN

Following the delivery of your product to us, after the examinations to be carried out by our authorities, if no definite defect or deterioration caused by reasons such as usage error is detected, the product price will be refunded to your credit card within 14 business days, which is the legal period. This period starts when we receive your returned product.

When your return request is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. If your return request is not approved as a result of the examinations to be made by our authorities, the product(s) you send for return will be sent back to the delivery address you have specified.
